For those who want a full, velvety rose with a vintage feel. Skandal Rōse opens with blood orange, soft florals and a breath of hyacinth. At its heart, several roses – Turkish, Bulgarian and rose de mai – meet in layers that feel cultivated rather than ornamental, with Egyptian jasmine, carnation, peony and mimosa adding movement. The base is calm and polished: creamy sandalwood, amber, ambergris and soft musk, with a touch of treemoss lending a muted, classic warmth.
