For those who want flowers with dark edges. Macabre takes you to a decaying ballroom where skeletons in dusty gowns dance to an out-of-tune piano. Black pepper and clove open the scent, and at its heart Bulgarian rose and Egyptian jasmine unfold, gothic and powdery. The base is deep and earthy with dark patchouli, guaiacwood, Somalian frankincense, oakmoss, vetiver and warm labdanum.
