Mandarin
Mandarin is a warmer and sweeter citrus note than bergamot and lemon. It spreads instant joy and gives fresh fragrances a sunny, playful energy.
What mandarin smells like in perfume
Mandarin smells juicy and sweet with an aromatic tone from the peel, and green mandarin is a bit sharper and more herbal. Just like other citrus notes, it is most noticeable at the beginning of a fragrance. Mandarin pairs nicely with jasmine, tea, mimosa, sandalwood, and marine notes.
