Bistro Waters is DS & DURGA's love letter to New York's restaurant nights around the 90s and 00s: high pulse, shouted orders, and that fresh "aquatic" wave that was in the air back then. The scent starts out crisp with pear and a floral lime water, gets green notes of coriander and paprika, and lands in basil, nutmeg, and a damp moss that makes it clean but not quite sporty.
