Heathens, Cowboys And The Santana Winds is a warm, woody scent with a soft leathery base. It starts green and slightly floral with palmarosa, amyris and sweet grass. Tea leaves provide a dry, clean note that makes the opening feel clear, not sweet.
After a while, sandalwood and cedar emerge. The cardamom adds a bit of spice and makes the scent more lively, but the overall feel is still soft and easy to wear.
The base notes are golden amber, white musk and suede. The scent becomes warmer and more intimate, with a lingering calm. The inspiration is Los Angeles 1986 – warm air, tea leaves and sandalwood lingering in the evening heat.
