Captive is a soft and warm perfume where flower and powder meet incense and leather. It starts with jasmine sambac and orange blossom, two white flowers that give the fragrance a clear, sensual opening. Then the heart comes forward and makes everything softer: heliotrope and almond milk give a powdery, smooth tone, and neroli gives a light freshness that keeps the scent on the right side of sweet. When the perfume is left to sit for a while, it becomes deeper. Patchouli and light leather provide stability, and the incense adds a darker streak that makes the whole more captivating. It is a niche perfume that is suitable when you want something soft and feminine, but with a clear character and just as nice during the day as in the evening.
