Jasmine is one of perfumery's most important flowers and is found in everything from classic floral bouquets to modern gourmands. It is sensual and elegant at the same time, and has a personality that few other flowers can come close to.
How jasmine smells in perfume
Jasmine smells sweet and floral with a fruity tone, and has a slightly animalic undertone that makes it warm and intimate. Jasmin grandiflorum is bright and sunny, while sambac jasmine is greener and a bit more tea-like. The note pairs well with vanilla, coconut, amber, leather, and musk.
