Fruto Oscuro is a fruity woody fragrance with dark, Mexican fruit at its heart – juicy, spicy and slightly resinous. It opens with cherry and zapote, but it never becomes “berry candy”; pink pepper and elemi make the start drier and more mature. In the heart, quince and mamey emerge, along with davana that gives a warm, almost liqueur-like note. As the scent settles, it deepens: incense and patchouli provide backbone, guaiac wood adds smoky warmth and blackberry provides a dark fruit note that lingers.
